These General Terms and Conditions apply to all transportation services and related services provided by Shuttle Service Hoffmann, owner Christian Hoffmann, Bruchkoebel (hereinafter "Contractor").
A contract is concluded through verbal, telephone, written, or electronic booking and its confirmation by the Contractor. By booking, the client accepts these Terms & Conditions.
All prices are fixed prices and are agreed upon before the start of the journey. Payment can be made by cash, debit card, or bank transfer. Unless otherwise agreed, the fare is due upon completion of the ride.
Cancellations are free of charge up to 24 hours before the agreed pickup time. For later cancellations or no-shows, a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the agreed fare may be charged.
The passenger must be at the agreed pickup location at the agreed time. Seatbelt use is mandatory and smoking is prohibited in the vehicle. The passenger is liable for any contamination or damage to the vehicle caused by them.
The Contractor is liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct. Liability for slight negligence is limited to typical, foreseeable damages to the extent permitted by law. No liability is assumed for luggage and personal belongings unless the damage is attributable to the Contractor's fault.
The Contractor strives to keep all appointments punctual. No liability can be assumed for delays due to traffic, weather, road closures, or other force majeure events.

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Should individual provisions of these Terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. Place of performance and jurisdiction is — to the extent permitted by law — Hanau.
